Home Staging in St. Laurent

Welcome to the McCarthy home. We had a lot of fun staging this older property. We suggested the walls be painted and repaired, and the home was cleaned. Then, we determined having a living room instead of an office/piano room, as the previous renters had, gave the home its most value. A living room is there when you walk through most homes’ doors. Buyers can do whatever they want with each room once they move in, but we want to gear our staging to what buyers expect: a living room.

We added curtain rods with sheers in the staged rooms because it softens the look and makes the room look less bare.

We ended up selling the sofas to the buyers because they wanted to keep the same look in the family room as the online photos.
