Home Staging the Lynwood Home

Welcome to the Lynwood Project! This residence underwent a comprehensive renovation and is nestled in the highly coveted Pointe-Claire South area. The owner expanded the home significantly by adding a spacious extension to the rear, enhancing both the main floor with a family room and the upstairs with larger bedrooms. The kitchen, boasting a coffee bar and additional prep area, was notably spacious after the home’s addition.

Upon completion of the renovations, we were called to stage the main floor, including the entranceway, family and living rooms, kitchen, a generous mudroom behind the garage, and an office adjacent to the primary bedroom. Our staging approach incorporated the wicker colour scheme throughout the main floor, with the addition of sheers along the back wall to create a cozier ambience. We were so excited the property garnered an acceptable offer shortly after our staging efforts concluded.
